RecycleWise Account and Data Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your RecycleWise account and associated app data.

How to request deletion

Email support@thumpthump.co.uk with the subject RecycleWise account deletion request.

Please include the email address used for your RecycleWise account. Do not include passwords or sensitive pickup details.

What will be deleted

• Your RecycleWise account profile, including email, display name, postcode/suburb and saved listing references.
• Your free item listings, listing photos when photo upload is enabled, pickup requests, message threads and app notifications.
• Hidden-listing preferences and reports linked to your account where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.

What may be retained

• Minimal records needed for safety, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance or dispute handling.
• Aggregated or anonymised operational statistics that no longer identify you.

Timing

We aim to action verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account email before deletion.
